With only 35 minutes to the capital, St.John's, 20 minutes to English Harbour and five minutes from one of the islands best beaches, Half Moon Bay, your stay at Brown's Bay can be whatever mix of activity and relaxation you desire.
The estate currently comprises of seven tastefully decorated villas, pool, tennis court, private beach, volleyball court and an 'al fresco' bar and restaurant. Each villa has a view of the clear blue waters of Brown's Bay's private beach, the lush green islands off the coast (perfect for snorkelling!) and the impressive Mill Reef Yacht Basin. Framing the view are local flora including coconut palms, hibiscus and bougainvillea around the villas ensuring your privacy.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic utensils.

The villas have two spacious bedrooms cooled by overhead fans, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen dining/ living room, also with fans. Up to six people can be accommodated if the sofa bed in the lounge is utilized. There is also a large porch complete with an outdoor table setting and barbecue.
